(Senior) Business Analyst

Company Overview
Requirements:
- Support business transformation on workflow delivery and process automation
- Define requirements and process rules with internal and external users
- Design, build and maintain rule engine to continuously improve operational performance
- Work closely with business and IT teams to ensure the process / systems are implemented smoothly
- Support test design and execution
- Provide necessary user training, application support, problem diagnosis and post implementation review
Qualifications:
- Bachelor degree in any discipline
- Minimum 3 years of working experience in business analysis and systems implementation, preferable in insurance / financial industry
- Familiar with SQL
- Good Knowledge in Web services and OpenAPI concept
- Knowledge in agile ways of working preferred
- Proven capability to drive changes
- Excellent interpersonal, influencing and problem-solving skills
- Strong command of both written and spoken English and Chinese
- Less experienced candidates will be considered as Business Analyst
