Job Descriptions:

Ÿ Manage and lead a team of engineers throughout all project stages

Ÿ Responsible for building services design and tender documents preparation

Ÿ Prepare budget estimate and coordinate with client, consultants and contractors

Ÿ Supervise workmanship and quality of M&E installations

Ÿ Monitor project progress and quality of works

Ÿ Attend meetings with clients and carry out design coordination with other consultants

Ÿ Occasional Travel to PRC may be required

Requirements:

Ÿ Degree in Building Services Engineering/Mechanical Engineering or related discipline

Ÿ MHKIE, MCIBSE, MIMechE, MIET or corporate members of other professional institutions is preferable

Ÿ At least 10 years relevant experience in Building Services design with HVAC system or electrical system design experience is essential

Ÿ Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese

Ÿ Knowledge in autocad operation

Ÿ Engineering design experience in China projects is preferable

Ÿ Good project management and design coordination skills

Ÿ Knowledge in energy audit or being a REA is preferable.

Ÿ Candidate with more experience and higher qualification can be considered as Associate.
