Responsibilities:

• Execute & support of

1. the full settlement cycle of wealth management products (e.g. equities, bonds, investment funds, structure products and derivatives)
2. deposit and remittance process e.g. client verification, payment via RTGS and SWIFT
3. client onboarding process e.g. opening new accounts, information to be collected re. FATCA and CRS

• Represent the team to participate and contribute in related projects and conduct UAT
• Prepare and updates of SOPs
• Make constructive and practical suggestions to enhance operational workflow and reduce operational risks
• Perform ad-hoc projects, co-ordinate with stakeholders on various issues

Candidates are expected to be:

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent academic qualification
• At least 3 years of back office experience in a bank (preferably in Private Banking or Wealth Management setting)
• Knowledge and experience in market systems like SWIFT, RTGS, Vestima, Avaloq, etc. and good understanding of functioing of wealth management system
• Understanding of internal and external guidelines and rules, market practices
• Team spirit, good interpersonal, communication and organization skills
• Logical mind, good problem solving skills and multi-tasking
• Good command in both spoken (Mandarin and Cantonese) and written Chinese, and fluency in English
• Versatile in Microsoft Office, i.e. EXCEL, WORD and PowerPoint
