Company Overview

Job Descriptions:

To be responsible for daily policy administration activities including new policies issuance, premium collection, and annuity payment arrangements;
To prepare correspondence on policy change requests, notice and endorsements to customers;
To handle enquiries on policy administration from internal and external counterparties; and
To participate in UAT as assigned.

Requirements:

Tertiary educated, with a minimum of 3 years’ relevant experience in life insurance industry mainly in policy administration and processing;
Good communication skills; and
Good problem solving skills and able to work independently.

Candidates with less experience will be considered for the position of Associate.
