• Degree or above;
• 4 years or above experience in data analysis and reporting, preferably in banking/ telecommunication industries; 
• Responsible to manage teams to perform customer analytic activities including customer targeting and response tracking;
• Work closely with internal parties to ensure effective campaigns implementation with tracking for reviews and improvement;
• Experience in ETL process is required;
• Proficient in SAS, SQL and VBA would be an advantage;
• Responsible to manage teams to managing customer database;
• Candidate with less/ more experience will be considered as Assistant/ Senior Customer Analytics Manager.

Remarks:

• Monthly salary: HK$30-55K (depends on candidate’s experience) + discretionary bonus;
• 5-day work;
