- Mother company : Japan listed manufacturer of power supply with factories in Japan
- We are looking for SENIOR ACCOUNTS CLERK - with details as follows :
THE JOB :
- Report to Accounting Manager
- Work in Accounting team of 2-3 members
- Assist in full set accounts and bookkeeping
- Perform daily AR & AP
- Prepare vouchers and be responsible for data input into accounting system / validation and filing on a timely manner
- Ensure all incoming cash, checks are deposited into bank
- Responsible for bank reconciliation
- Support staff members on expenses claims, verification and execution
- Prepare and update corporate governance related documents.
- Diploma in accounting, finance or other related disciplines
- 2 to 3 years accounting or audit experience in any businesses
- Experience in trading or manufacturing companies is a plus
- Proficient in Excel
- Experience working under ERP environment is a plus
- Proficient of English and Chinese
- No trips is required
- 5 days work (Mon to Fri 9:30am-6:00pm)
- 13 months salary + performance bonus
- Medical insurance
- No or very few OT work is required
