Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare the interim and annual financial statements to ensure compliance with accounting standards and statutory disclosure requirements
• Involve the preparation of group consolidated accounts and related analysis reports
• Oversee daily Accounting operations and provide guidance to subordinates on their daily works
• Liaise with bankers, tax bureau, auditors and professionals
• Manage taxation matters and ensure compliance with the relevant regulatory requirements
• Liaise with Accounting teams in China & Taiwan and external professionals in Korea on accounting and tax related matters
• As a contact point with other relevant departments on daily operations
• Work closely with IT and external vendor for the implementation and maintenance of ERP system
• Review and consolidate yearly budgeting
• Handle any ad-hoc projects as assigned

Requirments:

• Qualified Accountant (CPA or ACCA) or equivalent qualifications with degree holder in Accounting, Finance or related discipline
• A minimum of 8 years’ relevant professional experience, preferably in Retail industry
• Well acquired with Hong Kong accounting and tax systems
• Experience on launching system is an advantage
• Familiar with Microsoft Word, Excel and Powerpoint, including hands on experience in financial spreadsheet modeling
• Good organizational, interpersonal and communication skills & details-oriented
• Results-oriented, adaptive to dynamic & fast-pacing working environment
• Proactive, independent and able to work under pressure and deadline conscious
• Good command of spoken and written English, Putonghua and written Chinese
• Less experience will be considered as "Accounting Manager"
