Key accountabilities
- Performs security operations to maintain the security of the different enterprise systems.
- Response to security incident in a proactive and effective manner
- Initiate escalation procedure to counteract potential threats
- Maintain the 365 round the clock Infrastructure to ensure smooth operations
- Document problems and actions by completing production logs.
- Handling incoming inquiries
- Report analysis
Qualifications & Skills
- High Diploma or equivalent in Technology or similar discipline.
- Familiar with Windows and/or Linux server operation
- Good understanding of computer networks (TCP/IP) and web technology
- Proficient in spoken and written English, Chinese
