Responsibilities

  • Assist in organizing meetings, events and feasts
  • Organize appointments and meetings for management
  • Provide professional concierge services
  • Greet and welcome guests in friendly and professional manner
  • Ensure maximum guest satisfaction through the guest reception process
  • Assist in office administration work as required

 

Requirements

  • Degree holder in related discipline
  • Cheerful, energetic and presentable with pleasant personality
  • Minimum 5 years’ supervisory experience and relevant experience in guest relations
  • Excellent communication , interpersonal and organizational skills
  • High language proficiency in Chinese, fluency in Putonghua and Cantonese

 

 

Candidates with more experience may be considered for Senior Position.
