We are currently recruiting:
Responsibilities
- Provide a wide range of secretarial and administrative support services to section head, such as planning of the daily schedules of section head, record filing, data entry, meeting coordination, handle enquiry and other administrative duties as assigned
- Assist in the preparation of various reports, statistical summaries, or responses to requests by gathering relevant information
Requirements
- Grade E / Level 2 / "Attained" or above in 5 subjects of HKCEE / HKDSE, including English and Chinese Languages
- A minimum of 4 years' relevant experience
- Hands-on experience in various software applications such as Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Chinese and English word processing
- Able to work independently on various office administrative duties with sensitivity to details
- Good interpersonal and communication skills
