Company Overview

Responsibilities:

  • Support Facilities Management & Leasing team to execute all daily operation and ad-hoc services.
  • Handle data inputs and records, prepare regular reports/ presentations.
  • Assist to monitor and review the performance of various service providers.
  • Keep proper documentation of records.
  • Liaise and work closely with internal and external parties such as inter-departments, consultants, contractors, utility companies, Government bodies, and customers, etc.
  • Provide support at events promotion and community services.
  • Perform and complete other duties or ad-hoc services assigned by superior.

 

Requirements:

  • Diploma or above
  • At least 3 years relevant working experience preferred in facilities management & leasing.
  • Good command of English and Chinese.
  • Proficiency in MS Office.
  • Well-organized and details-oriented.
