Responsibilities:
- Provide full spectrum of secretarial and administrative support to a Senior Executive
- Manage daily workflows and business correspondence independently
- Liaise between different internal departments and/or external business corporations
- Coordinate family and household affairs such as travel logistics and other personal matters
Requirements:
- University degree in Business Management, Translation, or other related disciplines
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in a Personal or Executive Assistant role in a sizable organization
- Proactive, organized, and detail-minded
- Exceptional interpersonal skills; ability to work with diverse range of people
- Excellent command of spoken and written English, Cantonese and Putonghua
- Able to work independently and under pressure, with initiative and flexible with good working attitudes
