About the Role

Asia Miles, Asia’s leading travel and lifestyle rewards programme, now is looking for a Sales Operations Executive.

The successful candidate will be part of our Sales Excellence team under Partnership & Business Development Department to provide operations support to the Department.

Key responsibilities

• Manage sales order management system, including contract archival and data management in SAP and other internal systems
• Ensure data readiness by setting up customer profiles, sales order data reconciliation, data integration and data cleansing
• Liaise and follow up with internal and external parties for operations related issues
• Compile reports on sales performance, Return on Investment, etc.
• Support the formulation and implementation of effective operations workflows, processes and drive continuous improvement
• Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned

Knowledge, Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in any discipline, Business Administration or Logistics is preferred
• Minimum 3 years working experience, with at least 1 year experience in sales operations or sales support
• Proficient in MS Office, skillful in Excel
• Experience with SAP system is a definite advantage but not a must
• Good numerical skill and strong attention to details
• A good team player with strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Responsible and able to work independently
• Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese
