Client Details

We are partnering with local developer in Hong Kong. Currently, they are seeking for Senior Sales Officer, Sales Officer with first-hand property sales management experience to join the team. The ideal candidate will responsible on sales and marketing strategies on new residential properties to potential customers, as well as maintaining strong relationships with existing clients.

Description

• Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve sales targets and maximize revenue.
• Identify potential customers and generate leads through various marketing channels, including social media, advertising, and events.
• Conduct property viewings and provide customers with information about the features, benefits, and pricing of our properties.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, and provide them with ongoing support and assistance throughout the sales process.
• Manage the sales process from lead generation to closing, and ensure that all necessary documentation and paperwork is completed accurately and on time.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement effective marketing campaigns and promotional activities.

Profile

• Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field.
• At least 2 years of experience in property sales, preferably in the residential market segment.
• Strong knowledge of sales techniques and strategies, as well as the property market and industry trends.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Good Command in English and Chinese
