Job Description:

• Promotion and sales of our products or services to new business prospects in assigned territory
• Demonstrates our products/solutions and/ or services and provides assistance in the best application of product or services
• Answers all questions concerning products/solutions with appropriate referrals where required
• Contacts prospects and explains feature and merits of products or services offered, utilizing persuasive sales techniques
• Respond to customer requests for proposal
• Coordinate site visits and staff trade shows
• Achieving assigned sales quota
  
  

Requirements:

• Critical Skills
• Proven track record of increasing sales and revenue, field sales experience is an advantage
• Proven success in new business sales goal achievement
• Ability to manage multiple prospects in a fast paced environment
  
  

Specialized Knowledge / Skills

• Excellent sales and marketing techniques combined with communication and interpersonal skills.
• Pro-active, determined, energetic personality with willingness to learn attitude
• Strong customer / prospecting phone / strong negotiation skills
• Prior process improvement experience
• 1 year+ new account sales experience
• Fresh graduate is also welcome
