• We are looking for SALES & MARKETING OFFICER - with details as follows :

ROLE SUMMARY :

• The Sales & Marketing Manager will independently plan and execute sales and marketing strategies while closely collaborating with buyers and the production team. 
• This role focuses on understanding customer behavior, driving growth, and ensuring profitability in a competitive global market.

• Meet with buying offices of North American, European, and Asian brands in Hong Kong and Shanghai; build and maintain strong client relationships.
• Develop and execute sales and marketing strategies to meet company objectives.
• Identify and pursue sales opportunities with potential brand clients in Mainland China, Korea, Japan, and other ASEAN countries.
• Coordinate with sales teams and management across North America, Europe, Vietnam, Bangladesh, and Turkey offices to align strategies and goals.
• Monitor sales performance and provide regular analysis reports to senior management.
• Analyze market trends and competitors to refine strategies and ensure competitive positioning.
• Tertiary education
• A minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in sales and marketing.
• Strong understanding of global markets and customer behavior.
• Highly self-driven, with the ability to work independently and take ownership of projects.
• Excellent communication, analytical, and critical thinking skills.
• Proficiency in organizing tasks and using tools like Excel.
• Fluent in spoken and written English and Mandarin.
