Description

This Sales & Marketing Manager will be responsible for P&L of their toys business in China. You will develop and implement strategic business plan for growth opportunities in both eCommerce and off-line channels in China. This is a new position in the company, you are expected to motivate and lead the Sales, Product Marketing, and Operation Team to support the growth of the business. This position will be quite hands-on and you will be responsible for developing the channels for the toys business.

Profile

To be successful in this role, you must have an excellent knowledge and track record in both online and offline business of consumer products in China Market. You should have at least 10 years of commercial leadership experience in China market, preferable in toy industry. Candidates must have strong problem-solving and analytical and business acumen skills. This is a China market focus position, regular travel to China and proficiency in English and Mandarin is necessary.
