Our client, an international logistics organisation is seeking for a sales manager/ vertical lead, based in Hong Kong covering Greater China business.

Description

• Formulate and implement effective sales strategies tailored to the special vertical, ensuring alignment with organisational goals and market demands.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, understanding their unique logistics needs and providing tailored solutions.
• Work closely with operations, customer service, and compliance teams to ensure seamless execution of logistics solutions and high levels of customer satisfaction.
• Prepare and present regular sales forecasts, reports, and performance metrics to senior management, proposing corrective actions as necessary.
• Negotiate contracts with clients and partners to secure favourable terms and conditions that align with company objectives.
• Build and maintain a strong network of customer, industry experts.

Profile

• A minimum of 5 years of sales experience in the logistics and freight forwarding industry, specialising in health care sector is highly recommended.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field is preferred.
• In-depth understanding of logistics operations, freight forwarding processes, and regulation.
• Proven ability to build relationships, negotiate contracts, and close deals effectively.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present complex information clearly and persuasively.
• Self-motivated, strong business acumen.
• Experience in Greater China is value added.
