Our client, a market-leading supply chain service provider, is looking for a Sales Manager to drive business growth in the General Services Business Unit.

Description

• Identify and expand business opportunities in Record Management and General Services.
• Develop and implement cost-effective logistics solutions to support existing and new business.
• Identify and collaborate with supply chain partners to ensure optimal execution of logistics solutions.
• Maintain high-quality service standards, working with operations teams to enhance performance in key areas such as lead times, complaint resolution, and escalations.
• Continuously monitor and refine service processes to drive operational efficiency.
• Handle ad hoc tasks as assigned by management.

Profile

• Degree in Logistics Management, Transportation, Business Management, or related fields
• At least 6 years of experience, preferably in 3PL, Record Management Services, Local Logistics & Government Tender projects
• Strong business acumen, relationship-building skills, analytically ability, and project management expertise
• Excellent presentation, communication, and interpersonal skills
• Fluent in English and Chinese
• Strategic thinker and hands-on sales professional who excels in business growth.
