Our client, a professional service organisation with strong business footprint in US and EU, they are actively expending Hong Kong business and they are adding new headcount to join their commercial team.
Description
- Identify and approach potential clients to expand the company's B2B portfolio.
- Develop and execute sales strategies to meet revenue targets and market expansion goals.
- Conduct negotiations and contract discussions, ensuring profitable agreements and compliance.
- Analyse market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to refine service offerings.
- Identify new business opportunities and recommend innovative solutions to corporate clients.
- Provide clients with consultative sales guidance, aligning solutions with their business requirements.
- Monitor and optimise sales pipelines to enhance conversion rates and customer satisfaction.
Profile
- Bachelor's degree in Business, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in B2B sales or corporate services.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to develop sales strategies, analyse market trends, and close deals.
- Comfortable with client-facing interactions, presentations, and business proposals.
- Fluent in English and Chinese
