Requirements:

• Degree holder

• Minimum 4 year experience in Sales Engineering / business development / key account field
• Experience in Building Material or Civil or Construction industry is a must
• Have network with contractors, consultants, architects and developers is a plus
• Good command of written and verbal English and Chinese
• Proficient in MS Office application
• Good interpersonal, communication and presentation skills

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for account management and new business developments

• Build and maintain good relationships with new & existing accounts
• Handle project sales project from managing initial specification to providing after sales services
• Coordinate with Architects, Engineers, Contractors and Developers
• Develop and execute sales plans and strategies to achieve sales goals and expand our customer base
• Provide product / technical assistance to customers
