- We are looking for SALES COORDINATOR - with details as follows :
THE JOB :
- Report to Customer Support Supervisor.
- Work in Customer Service team of 6-8 members
- Provide professional customer support and coordinate shipment
- Respond to inquiries from external customers to enhance customer relations
- Create cases related to packed shipments and coordinate payment and/or shipping instructions.
- Assist customers with inquiries by calls and by emails
- Monitor a list of packed orders daily
- Create cases to notify customers of their packed orders
- Coordinate payment and/or shipping instructions
- Frequent follow up to ensure shipments are confirmed by the customer in a timely manner
- Collaborate effectively across Sales and Warehouse teams
- Fresh graduates or 1-2 years work experience in office environment
- Experience in trading / manufacturing / buying offices is a plus
- An advantage if experience in customer service / order admin / shipping / logistics ...etc
- Experience in garment trims / garment / textiles / packaging products is a plus
- 5 days work (Mon to Fri 9am-6pm)
