Tasks and Responsibilities

At Jack we love to work hard and play hard. We’ll train you to be able to talk about our clothes as well as you wearing them; living and breathing the brand with the below job responsibilities:

• Provide excellent customer services and surpassing customer expectations
• Achieve store and individual sales targets and KPI targets
• Maintain the security of stock, customer records and cash handling
• Enhance and maintain brand standards of merchandise presentation and housekeeping standards
• Foster a team working attitude and be open to constructive feedback
• Ensure the integrity of the Brand by acting as a role model

Essential Requirements and Personal Attributes

• Preferably with minimum 1 year of retail sales experience
• Good command of English, Mandarin and Cantonese
• Passionate in Jack Wills; good interpersonal and communication skills, highly motivated individuals with a great customer service attitude
• Excellent self-starter; be a team player who never backs down from a challenge
