Description

• Provide personalized customer service to ensure an exceptional shopping experience.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their preferences and needs.
• Showcase deep knowledge of the fragrance/ lifestyle collections and the stories.
• Achieve and exceed sales targets through proactive and strategic selling techniques.
• Support visual merchandising efforts to maintain a luxurious and inviting store environment.
• Manage inventory with precision and follow operational procedures.
• Stay updated on industry trends and product knowledge to serve as a brand ambassador.

Profile

• Previous experience in luxury retail, ideally in the fragrance or beauty sector.
• Passion for the world of perfumes and luxury goods.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with fluency in English and Mandarin, native in Cantonese.
• Excellent customer service and sales abilities.
• A polished, professional demeanor and an eye for detail.
• Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
