Responsibilities

• Oversee all aspects in online marketplace businesses (e.g. TMall.com, JD.com, Koala.com, Xiaohongshu.com…etc.)
• Lead a team to ensure smooth operation in various channels and drive sales to support a fast growing businesses
• Research and analyze the marketplace to identify new channel, partnership and co-branding opportunities
• Suggest appropriate go-to-market strategies and plans in China market
• Develop and monitor channel opportunities, licensing agreements, joint venture and partnership to maximize revenues
• Work closely with product sourcing and inventory planning team to ensure appropriate product mix and stock levels supply to maintain conversion and sales in various marketplaces / channels
• Manage and accountable to P&L for all marketplaces including but not limit to monthly sales target and budget control
• Partner with cross functional team such as marketing, logistics, customer service, IT, design teams to achieve and improve different goals on various marketplaces and level of customer service
• Develop strategic insights based on analysis of data patterns and market recommendations to refine the strategy
• Measure the performance of online initiatives and share results across the company
• Monitor and fine tune the business operation and report business results to management regularly

Requirements

• University graduate in eCommerce, Business, or Communication related disciplines
• At least 5 years’ experience in online marketplace / retail management preferred
• Capability to compile and analyze performance metrics, and make decisions regarding campaign direction base on analysis results
• Able to work in a fast-pace environment and good in numerical sense
• Strong driver to achieve desired business results
• Innovative, proactive and independent with strong business senses
• Detail oriented, with strong sense of responsibility and a good team player
• Good interpersonal and communication skills in Cantonese, Mandarin and English
• Candidate with less experience will be considered as Assistant Sales and Product Manager
