Responsibilities
- Provide administrative support to the operation of telemarketing centre
- Handle customers’ enquires and conduct phone verifications of credit card / loan application
- Assist to collect supporting documents and update related record in system
- Handle loan drawdown arrangement
- Ensure all applications are handled in compliance with company guidelines and requirements
Requirements
- Form 5 / DSE graduate or above
- Minimum 1 year’s working experience in telemarketing or sales support role is an advantage
- Proficient in MS Office Applications, e.g. Word & Excel
- Good command of both written & spoken English and Chinese
- Fresh graduate will also be considered
