Responsibilities:

• Carry out site supervision and coordination
• Supervise and monitor the work quality and work progress on site in accordance to statutory and contract requirements
• Control and monitor the testing & commissioning activities
• Prepare reports and keep records of works carried out
• Perform other duties on contract management
• Arrange handover of completed development to Property Management Company and Individual Owner

Requirements:

WCH Site

• (Higher) Diploma or Higher Certificate in Electrical, Mechanical or Building Services Engineering from Hong Kong Polytechnic University or equivalent
• Minimum 8 years relevant post-qualification site work experience
• Minimum 1 MTRC project experience
• Candidates showing efficient reading and familiarity on MTRC development requirement would be an advantage
• Possess proficient presentation and communication skills
• Work location: Wong Chuk Hang

TM Site

• (Higher) Diploma or Higher Certificate in Electrical, Mechanical or Building Services Engineering from Hong Kong Polytechnic University or equivalent
• Minimum 5 years relevant post-qualification site work experience
• Candidates showing efficient reading and familiarity on MEP drawings and specification would be an advantage
• Possess proficient presentation and communication skills
• Work location: Tuen Mun
