It is an 18- month in class and on job training program designed for talented young university graduates who have visions and enthusiasm in developing their careers in a fast growing retail business. During the 18-month program, they will go through intensive know how about retail operation, merchandising, cosmetic products, customer service and leadership program. A senior management staff will be assigned as mentor to a management trainee who will give necessary advice throughout the program. Upon completion of the management trainee program with outstanding performance, management trainee will be assigned a supervisory position in retail operation as a start of this challenging career.

Requirements:

• Tertiary education, Higher Diploma or equivalent in any related disciplines
• Passion for developing a career path in retail industry of beauty
• Self-motivated, energetic, responsible and able to work well under pressure
• Strong numerical and analytical skills
• Good communication and organization skills
• Good command of English and Chinese including Putonghua
• Willing to work in flexible hours
• 1-2 years working experience in retail industry is preferable
• Fresh graduates are welcomed
