THE OPERATIONS MANAGER SUPPORTS CAFÉ SENIOR LEADERSHIP IN UPHOLDING ALL BRAND STANDARDS AND CORE VALUES, WHILE MEETING OR EXCEEDING HARD ROCK BUSINESS OBJECTIVES.
JOB DUTIES
- Support senior management in building a highly functional team;
- Monitor the team in consistent execution of all systems and processes to deliver all products and services to Hard Rock’s brand standards;
- Serve as a mentor and coach to develop employees into Hard Rock ambassadors and industry leading customer service stewards;
- Foster an environment of customer service in which all team members put the guest first in every situation;
- Possess a self-motivated approach to his/her personal and professional growth;
- Behave professionally and act with integrity and trust at all times;
- Ensure the highest levels of hygiene and food handling practices to deliver optimal quality of product to guests;
- Demonstrate strong problem solving skills through ability to diagnose and implement solutions.
SUMMARY
Deliver Results, Action Orientated, Time Management, Confronting Direct Reports, Listening, Guest Focus, Approachable, Integrity & Trust, Motivating Others, Functional/Technical skills, Problem Solving.
Requirement
- At least 5+ years in an Operations Managerial role with high volume exposure in a causal-themed, full-service restaurant.
- Must possess strong communication skills and listening to the details;
- Multiple language abilities is a plus, fluency in English required;
- High level of business acumen and common sense;
- Able to work under pressure. Manage ad-hoc assignments;
- Immediate available is preferable.
** This position is hired to work in Hong Kong only. Candidate must obtain a work permit and eligible to work in HK.**
