Multiple Headcounts:

The role is to supervise SFC Type 1 or 2 or 4 or 6 or 9 regulated activities; monitor, review and update daily operations & SFC regulated activities in compliance with HKSFC regulations; provide support and assist to senior management on firm’s investment function.

Ideal candidates will possess:

At least 5 years’ experience in asset management or securities firm
With solid experience in asset management relating to portfolio management
Develop and implement business development
Deep knowledge of SFO, SFC Code of Conduct and rules
Fluency in English and Mandarin and familiar with Hong Kong and Mainland Chinese finance markets
