AECOM Asia Company Limited invites applicants for a range of Residential Site Staff position(s) for contract administration of the captioned Contract. The works mainly comprise site formation, engineering infrastructure works including roads, vehicular bridge, drainage, sewerage, waterworks, pumping stations and water service reservoirs, common utility tunnel, noise barriers; and landscape works.

艾奕康有限公司現招聘下列駐地盤工程人員負責上述香港政府合約之土地平整工程及, 基礎設施工程，包括道路、行車天橋、排水、排污、水管、抽水站、配水庫, 設施共同溝, 隔音屏障; 以及園景美化。

Resident Assistant Inspector of Works (Electrical & Mechanical) 駐地盤助理工程督察(電機及機械) Ref. No: RAIOW(E&M)/18885/LSM

Candidates should have:

• Diploma or Higher Certificate from the Construction Industry Council in Hong Kong/ Hong Kong Institute of Construction/ a Hong Kong polytechnic university/ polytechnic/ Hong Kong Institute of Vocational Education/ technical Institute/ technical college or equivalent in an appropriate discipline; and
• At least 3 years’ relevant post-qualification experience; or
• At least 5 years’ relevant experience inclusive of 1 year’s relevant experience as Resident Works Supervisor or equivalent in an appropriate discipline in public works projects or those projects listed in Section 4.5.2 of the Resident Site Staff Management Handbook; or
• At least 3 years’ relevant experience inclusive of 1 year’s relevant experience as Resident Works Supervisor I or equivalent in an appropriate discipline in public works projects or those projects listed in Section 4.5.2 of the Resident Site Staff Management Handbook.

• 持有香港建造業議會╱香港建造學院╱香港專業教育學院╱工業學院╱科技學院╱香港理工大學╱理工學院頒發相關學科的文憑或高級證書，或具備同等學歷；及
• 具有最少三年於取得該等資格後的相關工作經驗；或
• 最少五年相關工作經驗，其中的一年在公共工程項目或在“顧問公司直接僱用駐工地人員的管理手冊”第4.5.2章所列出的工程項目中擔任駐地盤監工或同等職位的相關工作經驗；或
• 最少三年相關工作經驗，其中的一年在公共工程項目或在“顧問公司直接僱用駐工地人員的管理手冊”第4.5.2章所列出的工程項目中擔任駐地盤一級監工或同等職位的相關工作經驗。 

The language proficiency requirements of Level 2^{Note 1}or above in Chinese Language and English Language in HKDSEE/ HKCEE or equivalent shall be met.

語文能力要求具備香港中學文憑考試或香港中學會考中國語文科和英國語文科第2級成績^備註一或以上，或具備同等學歷。

Note 1: Grade C and Grade E in Chinese Language and English Language (Syllabus B) in the HKCEE before 2007 are accepted administratively as comparable to Level 3 and Level 2 respectively in Chinese Language and English Language in the 2007 HKCEE and henceforth.

備註一： 2007年前的香港中學會考中國語文科和英國語文科(課程乙) C級及E級成績，在行政上會分別被視為等同2007年或之後香港中學會考中國語文科和英國語文科第3級和第2級成績。

The candidates should have minimum academic/ professional qualification requirements of the above posts.

申請人必須具備以上最低要求之學歷╱專業資格。

Conditions: Appointments will be made on Agreement Term with AECOM Asia Company Limited in accordance with the prevailing Government’s terms and conditions. Salary will be commensurate with qualifications and experience. The incumbent may be required to work irregular hours, overtime and shifts (including Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays) to carry out supervision duties in Hong Kong, China or any designated workplace when required.

聘用條款: 獲取錄的申請人，艾奕康有限公司會以合約形式聘請，聘用條款將按受聘時政府採用的編制而定。受聘人之薪酬按資歷及經驗而定。受聘人將來可能因應工程需要於香港、中國或任何指定工作場所進行監督工作，可能需要不定時上班、超時工作及輪更工作（當中可能包括於週六，週日及公眾假期）。

Where a large number of candidates meet the specified entry requirements, we may devise shortlisting criteria to select the better qualified candidates for further processing. In these circumstances, only shortlisted candidates will be invited to attend recruitment interview.
