Responsibilities:

This position is responsible for developing and managing an asset portfolio of SME clientele with a goal of achieving a defined income stream. An important aspect of this position is to simultaneously monitor the quality of the loan book of the portfolio and ensure all relevant control measures are undertaken to minimize the risk exposure and to support the management in this endeavor.

Other responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Liability marketing - Deposit mobilization;
• Attainment of annual business targets;
• Credit analysis and preparation of credit proposals;
• Assist in managing the daily operations of the branch;
• Provide mentoring and support for junior members of the team.

Requirements

• University degree or above in business related disciplines
• At least 3 years sales and marketing experience in Trade Finance; more experience will be considered as supervisor role
• Strong interpersonal communication, sales and relationship management skills
• Good analytical and report writing skills
• Able to work under tight schedules
• Self-motivated, customer-oriented and proactive to learn
• Proficiency in written and spoken English and Chinese, good command in Mandarin is preferred
