Job Requirements

• Degree or above in HRM, Training or relevant disciplines
• At least 8 years relevant working experience, of which minimum 3 years should be in the similar or management position
• Solid experience in training need identification, training design & training delivering
• Working experience in MNC with regional exposure is highly preferable
• Strong project management, presentation and motivation skills
• Excellent communication, inter-personal, and problem-solving skills
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, excel & PowerPoint)
• Good command in both spoken and written English and Chinese
