Responsibilities:
- Handling the whole recruitment process from searching the potential candidates to offer negotiation
- Performing new clients acquisition by identifying new opportunities through different channels
- Building long lasting and good relationship with existing clients
- Providing professional consultation on employment market and best practice sharing to employers and candidates
- Keeping neat and traceable records in the system
Requirements:
- School Cert.
- Excellent communications and interpersonal skills
- Self -driven and able to work under pressure
- People oriented, genuinely interested in others benefits
- Speak fluent Cantonese and English; Proficient in Mandarin will be an advantage
