Responsibilities:

• Manage both HK & Macau recruitment process including CV screening, arranging interviews, conducting interviews, offer making, contract signing for stores and support for office positions
• Communicate with different business units to review job specifications, headcounts and vacancies to support frontline operations
• Coordinate recruitment fairs with external organizations & education institutes
• Prepare recruitment related reports for analysis
• Handle ad hoc projects

Requirements:

• Degree holder, ideally Human Resources Management
• Minimum 3 years HR/Recruiting experience
• Good team player, flexible and adaptive to change
• Strong communications and interpersonal skills
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced working environment
• Good command of written & spoken English, Mandarin and Cantonese
• High Volume recruitment experience preferred
• Proficient PC skills in MS Office
• Immediate availability preferred
