Job Description:

Responsible for full spectrum of recruitment and selection process including job posting, drafting job advertisement, candidate sourcing, interview arrangement, etc
Work closely with different business units to identify the hiring needs and manpower planning
Review and develop the recruitment process and strategy
Establish close relationship with recruitment vendors
Enhance employer branding through participation in careers fairs and organize recruitment programs
Perform ad hoc assignment as required

Requirements:

Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources Management or related disciplines
Minimum of 7 years of relevant experience in financial industry / recruitment firm
Familiar with Hong Kong Labour Ordinance
Able to work under fast-paced environment independently
Fluent in Mandarin, English and Cantonese
