Company Overview
Responsibilities
- Provide administration support for the sales activities in the team including all contract documents and agreements
- Work closely with Group HR to handle service agreement, license applications and maintenance of advisors’ license records
- Provide clerical support to the Company such as data entry, scanning and filing etc
- Responsible for full spectrum of general office administration functions and projects
- Supervise the administration team to provide day-to-day administrative & office supports
- Ad-hoc administrative duties as requested including but not limited to receptionist service and meeting arrangement
Requirements:
- Diploma or above with at least 5 years administrative support experience
- Work experience in Insurance/Brokerage firm is definitely advantage
- Good telephone manner and interpersonal skill, presentable
- Excellent command of spoken and written English, Mandarin and Cantonese
- Well organized, motivated and attentive to details
- Proficient in MS Office
- Immediate availability is highly preferred
