Receptionist / Administration Officer

Company Overview

 

You will be responsible for performing general reception and other administrative duties.

Responsibilities:

  • Answer telephone calls and greet visitors in a professional manner
  • Handle all incoming documents and parcels
  • Manage meeting room booking and arrange Audio Conference bridging process
  • Assist in daily office administrative work related but not limited to stationery and printing, office cleaning, security system, telephone extension list and floor plan
  • Perform other administrative duties as assigned

Requirements:

  • Completion of secondary education or above
  • Minimum 3 years of relevant working experience
  • Excellent telephone manner with strong communication skills
  • Good command of written and spoken English, Cantonese and Mandarin
  • Presentable, polite and pleasant
  • Familiar with MS Word, Excel and Chinese word processing
  • Immediate available is a definite advantage 

 

 

We offer 5-day work week. Remuneration will commensurate with qualifications and experience.
