Company Overview
You will be responsible for performing general reception and other administrative duties.
Responsibilities:
- Answer telephone calls and greet visitors in a professional manner
- Handle all incoming documents and parcels
- Manage meeting room booking and arrange Audio Conference bridging process
- Assist in daily office administrative work related but not limited to stationery and printing, office cleaning, security system, telephone extension list and floor plan
- Perform other administrative duties as assigned
Requirements:
- Completion of secondary education or above
- Minimum 3 years of relevant working experience
- Excellent telephone manner with strong communication skills
- Good command of written and spoken English, Cantonese and Mandarin
- Presentable, polite and pleasant
- Familiar with MS Word, Excel and Chinese word processing
- Immediate available is a definite advantage
We offer 5-day work week. Remuneration will commensurate with qualifications and experience.
