Job Duties
- Perform receptionist and office administrative duties
- Greet clients and visitors
- Handle all phone calls, mails, couriers and packages
- Responsible for making conference room reservations and maintaining conference facilities
- Maintain tidiness of office and conference room area
- Outgoing work is required when necessary
- Assist in ad-hoc duties as assigned
Skills & Requirements
- Diploma holder or above
- Minimum 5 year of the relevant working experience
- Good command in both written and spoken English and Chinese including Mandarin
- Proficiency in Microsoft word, Excel, PowerPoint and Chinese word processing
