Receptionist (Guest Service) - Sizeable Financial Services Firm
A reputable financial services firm is now looking for a Receptionist to support the guest services, front of house operations and assist in administrative tasks. The person will be part of the Receptionist Team.

Our client is a well-established and sizeable Chinese financial services firm located in CBD area. They have built their reputation to become the market leader in the financial services industry; currently there are more than 500 staff in HK office.
工作内容
- Meet and greet incoming visitors in a professional manner
- Handle all incoming phone calls, emails, mails and courier in the front desk
- Support reception area and meeting rooms to ensure the bookings are organized and maintain the cleanliness of the space
- Assist in invoicing tasks and office supplies procurement
- Support administrative tasks including report preparation and data consolidation
- Arrange company internal activities
- Perform other tasks as assigned
理想的求职者
- 2-3 years of relevant receptionist experience in professional firms, or customer services experience from aviation/ hospitality industries
- Excellent customer service manner and welcoming attitude
- Proficient in spoken and written Chinese (Cantonese, Mandarin) and English
- Strong team player to work with other receptionists and departments, flexible, proactive and with good time management skill
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook
