Quantity Surveyor

Duties:

• Estimate and costing for tender submission
• Material procurement and sub-letting works
• Liaise with client, suppliers, sub-contractors etc.
• Budget control
• Interim payment preparation, valuation of variation works and final account

Requirements: 

• Diploma or above in Quantity Surveying or related disciplines
• Min. 5 years solid experiences in fitting out/ building/ A&A project
• Strong problem solving and analytical ability
• Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese
• Able to work under pressure
• Less experience will be considered as AQS

Site Agent / Site supervisor / Site foreman

Duties:

• Coordinate and liaise with sub-contractors and labours for site construction works;
• Material and quality control;
• Project programme and well plan of site progress.

Requirements: 

• Min. 10 years solid experience in fitting out/ building/ A&A project with min. 5 years in management level;
• Strong site construction knowledge and programme control experience;
• TCP qualification is an advantage;
• Able to work under pressure;
• Fair command of written and spoken English and Chinese;
• Less experience will be considered as Site supervisor or site foreman.
