Responsibilities:

• Formulate comprehensive budgets and cost plans for property development projects, ensuring accurate estimation and management of construction costs
• Participate in the selection and appointment of relevant consultancies
• Manage the procurement process for supplies and subletting of contracts, ensuring competitive pricing and quality standards are met
• Conduct detailed estimates and analysis of construction costs for land bids, subcontracting, variation works, and minor/maintenance projects, optimizing cost efficiency and accuracy
• Responsible for contract administration, verifying interim payments, and overseeing final account settlements
• Involve in minor and maintenance projects, ensuring cost-effective solutions and compliance with quality standards

Requirements:

• Degree in Quantity Survey or equivalent with MHKIS or MRICS qualification
• At least 10 years of relevant experience in property developer, consultancy firm or main contractor
• Good communication and negotiation skills
• Good command of written and spoken English, Chinese and Mandarin
