Duties and Responsibilities:

• To prepare tender documents, formulate contract terms and conditions, measure quantum of works, and prepare Bill of Quantities;
• To manage pre and post-contract quantity surveying works;
• To monitor and control the project cost & budgeting;
• To assess variations & estimations.

Requirements:

• Applicants should possess a Bachelor Degree in Quantity Surveying or equivalent;
• Applicants with relevant experience are preferred, however newly graduates will also be considered;
• A good team player, self-motivated and flexible;
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365, Project, share point & etc.
• Able to work under pressure.
• Good commend of both written and spoken in English & Chinese.
