Responsibilities:

Responsible for a wide range of duties including cost control and budgeting, contractual claims and subcontractors claims and dispute resolution.

Requirements:

• Diploma holder in building / Civil Engineering or Quantity Surveying.

• Minimum 3 years relevant experience in building or Civil Projects.

• Well organized, self-initative and with good communication and problem-solving skills.

• Good command of English and Chinese.

• Good Knowledge in MS-Word and MS-Excel.
