- An integrated electronics manufacturing services (EMS) provider
- Our customer base is continually growing and spans a wide geographical region including North America, Europe and the Asia pacific region.
- Factories : Guangdong & SE Asia
- We are looking for QUALITY MANAGER - with details as follows :
THE JOB :
- Degree holder in Engineering / Mechanical / Electronics / Manufacturing Engineering or related subjects.
- 6+ years quality experience preferably over 2 years in electronic manufacturers of managerial level
- Experience in EMS is a big plus
- Solid experience in managing quality issues in launching New Production Introductions (NPI).
- Good understanding of PPAP, IATF16949 and quality tools like MSA, SPC & FMEA.
- Fluent in English and Chinese (including Mandarin).
- Report to Head of Quality
- Work with a cross-functional team to manage quality issues in New Production Introductions (NPI) program, resolving issues in material or process to successfully reach mass production.
- Work with internal teams and customer to identify all risks in manufacturing process and establish appropriate action plans to reduce / eliminate risks through PFMEA.
- Establish control plans based on customer requirements and PFMEA for incoming, in process, outgoing and reliability inspection.
- Drive the implementation of process control in critical process that will impact product quality.
- Initiate activities and programs for continuous improvement on product's quality and manufacturing processes
- Manage field returns and complaints.
