Responsibilities:
The incumbent will be responsible for providing consultancy and training services and its implementation of quality systems, policies and procedures to both internal and external customers. As a department Head, the Quality Management Director is also responsible for managing quality management Department and leading the supervised staff to formulate strategic and operational plans for Quality Management as well as other systems.

Requirements:

• University graduate in a technical field or a business-related discipline
• Min 8 years’ experience in quality management or people development, preferably in social services or health care sector
• Familiar with ISO9001 international standards
• Strong commitment to provide quality culture and drive quality improvement
• Certified Lead Auditor is an absolute advantage
• Proficient in both written and spoken English and Chinese. Fluency in spoken Mandarin is an advantage
• Strong leadership ability, proactive and excellent interpersonal and communication skills

On satisfactory performance, contract will be renewed on a bi-yearly basis.

Candidates with less qualification or experience will be considered for the position of Quality Management Manager.
