- We are looking for QUALITY ASSURANCE MANAGER - with details as follows :
THE JOB :
- Reports to: Senior QA Manager
- Quality Assurance: Oversee and perform quality assurance processes across factories in Vietnam & Cambodia.
- Technical Support: Provide hands-on technical guidance and support to local QA teams and factory staff.
- Sweater Expertise: Ensure quality standards specifically for sweater garment manufacturing, leveraging specialized knowledge in this area.
- Training: Conduct training programs to enhance the skills and knowledge of QA inspectors and factory workers.
- Supplier Coordination: Collaborate with suppliers to ensure the quality of raw materials and components.
- Process Improvement: Identify areas for improvement in the production process and implement strategies to enhance product quality.
- Documentation: Maintain accurate records of quality control measures and corrective actions.
- Problem Solving: Address and resolve quality-related issues promptly to minimize production disruptions.
- Travel: Make regular trips to Cambodia and Vietnam to oversee quality control operations and ensure consistent standards across all locations.
- Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in quality assurance or quality control in the garment manufacturing industry, with a focus on sweaters.
- Technical skills: Familiarity with quality control tools and techniques.
- Language skill: Proficient in English and Cantonese/Mandarin
- Travel: Willingness to travel to Cambodia and Vietnam factories as required.
- Terms & Benefit: 5 days work; medical insurance
