Responsibilities:

• Developing effective PR plans using appropriate strategies and tactics that fit company profile
• Assist in planning, developing and implementing public relations / marketing communication strategies and campaign to build brand awareness
• Pitch media to secure press releases, editorial coverage, and media exposure
• Preparation and distribution of press releases, handling media enquirers
• To prepare and execute planned PR activities, including press launches, media and blogger event, customer events
• Build up network of media contacts such as media, KOL, micro-influencers, celebrities and bloggers
• Keep good relationship with media and bloggers in order to build and maintain a strong network to maximize PR exposure and coverage for all brands
• Compile reports to track and evaluate effectiveness of marketing spend
• Support Marketing Department on all related issues of marketing plan and production.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree holder, or above, in PR / Journalism / Communications / Marketing or related disciplines 
• At least 3 - 5 years relevant experience in PR & Event Marketing functions (Skincare and beauty industry would be an advantage)
• Strong analytical, good communication, presentation, problem solving and interpersonal skills
• Proactive, efficient, independent and detail-minded is highly expected
• Awareness of the market trend and new media platforms, able to analyze market insight 
• Excellent self-presentation, discipline, strong work ethic as well as accountability as a team player and member.
• Strong networking, communication and presentation skills
• Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese as well as Mandarin
• More experience may be considered as Senior Public Relations Executive
