Responsibilities:
1) Assist in the preparation of payments reports and payments process
2) Assist in book-keeping and preparing vouchers
3) Assist with documents filing, processing and data checking
4) Perform all-round office administration and clerical duties
5) Follow up on service provider's account matters
6) Assist in handling expense reimbursement work and ad hoc tasks assigned by superiors
7) Participating in organizing and coordinating Company’s events and activities
Qualification requirements:
1) Diploma in accounting or above
2) At least 2 years relevant working experience
3) Good command of spoken & written Chinese and English, fluent in Mandarin
4) Proficient in accounting software e.g.Kingdee,用友 and MS office applications
5) Good communication skills, able to work independently and responsible
6) Immediate available is preferable
Working hr: Monday to Friday, 4 hours per day
Hour paid: HKD110-130 per hr (depends on experience and qualification)
