Responsibilities
- Assist to formulate and implement sales and marketing strategies
- Conduct market research and analysis on market trend or practice of residential sales
- Assist to organize sales and marketing activities including property tour, ensure smooth sales and marketing operation
- Work closely with sales and marketing agencies for promotional campaign
- Handle potential clients and guests
Requirements
- Degree holder in Marketing, Business Administration, Real Estate or related disciplines
- Minimum 8 year experience in sizable property developer or consultancy firm for luxury properties, with experience in guiding customers for property visit
- China experience will be an advantage
- Excellent customer services, presentation and interpersonal skills
- Strong in analysis, be sensitive in pricing and a good team player
- Proficiency in written and spoken English, Cantonese and Putonghua
- Less experience will be considered as Asistant Manager
